By combining architectural and structural design in one process, Erigo can save you money on professional fees and provide a better service.
Most design consultancies will charge a percentage of the overall build cost, which is no incentive to keep costs down. Erigo will give you an itemised fixed fee. This will be based on the size and complexity of the project.
